Congratulations Ellanor & Erin

We're celebrating our Dressage stars who brought home the hardware at the North American Youth Championships!

Ellanor Boehning of Rancho Santa Fe, California and her 2011 Rheinlander gelding, Sir Junior (by Sir Stauffenberg x Grosso Z) were the FEI North American Youth Championships Team Silver medalists this year (from Region 7) with a 72.545%, and they won Young Rider Individual Bronze medal ant the Young Rider Freestyle Silver medal. Ellanor was a Junior Rider Silver Team medalist also at NAYC last year.

Ellanor and “Minty” have only been a partnership for a few months, so it is amazing what they have already accomplished together. They now head to Lamplight near Chicago to compete in the 2022 Festival of Champions in the US Young Rider national championship.

Erin Nichols of Yorba Linda, California and her 2012 Dutch Warmblood gelding, Handsome Rob AR (by Charmeur x Don Schufro) were FEI North American Youth Championships Team gold medalists in 2021, and they just won the Young Rider Individual Gold medal and the Young Rider Freestyle Gold medal with a 74.456%, as well as securing the Young Rider Team Silver medal at this year’s NAYC.

Earlier this year, the pair was named to the U.S. Dressage Young Rider European Tour where they scored strong results against some of Europe’s top young riders.
